We hope you love everything in your order, but if you’re not completely happy with your purchase please e-mail hello@lioncatpaper.com

You have 7 days after receiveing the item to request a return.
To return an item, it needs to be in the same condition as you received it. In it’s original packaging, card clasp intact and have proof of purchase.

Then you need to e-mail us before returning the item so we know to expect it back, items returned without requesting will not be accepted and we do not cover the cost of returning items.

Once we have received your return, we will let you know if is has been approved or not and then if approved, we will refund you on your original payment method.

We do take every care in packaging our orders so they arrive to you safely but if they have arrived damaged please send us a photo to hello@lioncatpaper.com and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.

We are passionate about a few core things here at LionCat Paper:

Animals and the environment, friends & family and last but not least Creativity.

LionCat Paper has grown out of a need primarily to be creative. We have worked in and with big companies for a long time.. we loved it, but we wanted something that we could call our own, being able to express ourselves with complete creative freedom. Not having a reason to sometimes just want to paint a certain thing on a certain day.

Another big thing for us is wanting to keep the greetings card industry alive. You cannot compare the feeling of opening a lovely crisp envelope with familiar handwriting, delivered to your door by a friendly face. You know this person has put the effort in, to think about you, whether it’s for your birthday, at Christmas or to express other feelings to you. Joy, sympathy or congratulations. It is so much more wonderfully personal than any kind of social media you can think of and we, at LionCat Paper, want to be there to help you make the people in your life feel special.
